As Director of CA Architects Cairns, Carlo Amerio has over 15 years experience in the region and is committed to producing sustainable design solutions for residential and resort living. Carlo and his team have also won a number of prestigious architectural and building awards for their innovative and stylish designs.  In addition, and of particular relevance to Savannah, they have a vast knowledge in creating homes that meet today's energy efficiency requirements.  C.A. Architects have designed and styled all the buildings within the resort and have developed the Savannah 'theme' which runs through all the designs.

Serg Battistin and his sons Peter and Mark run a successful construction business in Mareeba.  Battistin Builders Pty Ltd have been building high quality homes and industrial projects in the region for the past 20 years and have an extensive knowledge of the building industry.  The team of professionals they use share an equal passion for high standard of quality and workmanship, which is already apparent in the amazing standard of finishes in the Sales Office and various homes in Savannah.

Noel Mewett is from the Gold Coast and amongst many other achievements, developed the incredibly popular Golden Crest Manors over 50's lifestyle resort in Nerang.  With his scope of knowledge and experience, Noel has been invaluable in formulating the Savannah concept and still plays an active role in the ongoing development of the resort.

Melody Lucas, Sales and Marketing Manager, joined Savannah in October 2010.  Having lost their farms to Mugabe's regime in Zimbabwe, Melody and her family moved to Australia in 2004. She is an absolute advocate of ethics in business and life in general.  Since joining Savannah, and after hundreds of discussions with potential clients, Melody has developed a real passion to make a difference in the retirement industry.

Marina Battistin has been Savannah's Office Administrator since the turning of the first soil in 2008.  Being Serg's daughter-in-law, Marina has a vested interest and passion for the resort and its development, coupled with vast experience in office and administration duties.  She is generally the first face you'll see/voice you'll hear if you visit or call our Sales office.

John Weller is Savannah Lifestyle Resorts' Landscape Gardener and joined us in July 2011.  With a Diploma in Horticulture and a structural landscaping licence, coupled with over 15 years' experience in the industry, John has effortlessly fitted into Savannah.  His passion and motivation has brought Savannah's gardens to life.
