STAGE 1 RELEASE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Status:
The first stage of construction is well underway, with several residents already living in the development.
- As indicated on the plan various lots are already sold and either completed or under construction
- Expressions of Interest have been taken on several sites in this and future releases
- Sales Office/Administration Building is complete
- Remote/manual control gate and wall/fence secures village
- We have one Display Home currently open, Lot 84, with Lot 79 due to open in February
- Residents' facilities including lounge with library, BBQ, pool, jacuzzi and gym
Price:
- Prices for 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom homes range from $320,000 - $358,000
- Prices for 1 bedroom semi-detached homes range from $195,000 - $199,000
- House Lots are ready to purchase now!
- Houses take approximately 18 - 21 weeks to complete construction (weather permitting)
- Weekly Site Fee from January 2012 is $131.33 per week
As this is directly pegged to C.P.I. and reassessed every five years, small adjustments may be effected. - Since the full complement of advertised amenities are not yet available, we have decided to only charge our residents a portion of the weekly site fee; this will be incrementally increased as the resort grows.
