House Designs
We have a number of delightful house designs from which to select - these cater for a wide range of personal choices and include 2 and 3 bedroom plans.
All our houses boast high 2.65m (9 foot) ceilings, 6-star insulation rating, tinted windows, stainless steel fans and plumbing fittings and high quality oven, stove top, range hood and microwave fixtures. We offer a wide range of standard inclusions and have various optional extras from which to choose.
While the exterior house colour schemes have been designed with aesthetics in mind and are therefore fixed, four different schemes are available for internal finishes.
BRAND NEW DESIGN - "Granite"

Single bedroom | single garage | semi-detached | 81m²
The Granite is a brand new addition to our range and features a full size bedroom with built in cupboard and ensuite. The well-proportioned living area features open-plan dining, kitchen and lounge. There is a large patio out front and the covered walkway that links the garage to the lounge is accessed from the bedroom via a sliding glass door and will double as a wonderfully private patio. A well appointed laundry area and single lock-up garage completes the design.

Jardine
2 bedroom | single garage | 139m²
The Jardine features two full size bedrooms; the main is large with a separate walk-in-robe and ensuite. The well-proportioned living area features open-plan dining, kitchen, lounge and study and there is an abundance of cupboard spaces. A single lock-up garage completes the design.

Mitchell
2 bedroom | single garage | 139m²
This compact 2 bedroom home features a large master bedroom with spacious walk in robe and ensuite, together with a Queen-size spare bedroom and roomy 2nd bathroom for your guests and visitors. The large study nook that leads from the kitchen could easily double as a crafts room and a single lock-up garage completes the design.

Norman

The Norman is a well-designed compact home featuring two full size bedrooms, the main being absolutely huge! The space within the home has been extremely well designed to give each bedroom privacy, and the study nook is an extremely well-appointed use of space. The double lock-up garage gives ample room for two cars, or a vehicle and a boat/trailer.

Palmer

Emerald

Everything about the most popular 2 bedroom house design screams spacious! It offers two large bedrooms with a monster walk-in-robe and ensuite off the main bedroom, and a roomy second bathroom for your guests and visitors. This design features an open plan living and dining area with a separate kitchen that is one of the largest in the range.

Barron
2 bedroom + study | double garage | 158m²
The Barron features two full size bedrooms, plus a smaller room which has been designated as a study, but could easily accommodate a single bed or futon along with the computer desk. The large living room and dining room leads out on to the front patio for easy access and a double lock-up garage means there is room for both cars, or a boat/trailer.

Daintree
2 bedroom | extended carport | 163m²
To cater for owners of recreational vehicles and by modifying an original house design, we have produced a new prototype, the 'Daintree', which can house a caravan or motor-home in a specifically designed carport. The Daintree features a high, rectangular carport with a colorbond panel-lift door, has two large bedrooms and a free-flowing living area leading out onto a patio. There are only a limited number of Daintree house locations so you will need to be quick to secure one of these innovative designs in the current release.

Lynd
2 bedroom + study nook | double garage | 169m²
The main feature of this house design is a hidden patio that has access from the three surrounding rooms of the house. This patio is an ideal location to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine in the outdoors but from the comfort of your home. It also acts as an extension to the dining room and expansive living room.

Walsh
3 bedroom | double garage | 174m²
This open plan house design is perfect for those who like their open space. An open-planned kitchen, dining and living area flows freely out onto the large patio for entertaining. The spacious walk-in-robe leads to an ensuite that features a large shower with plenty of room to move.

Walsh 2
3 bedroom | double garage | 175m²
The only difference between the two versions of the Walsh Design is the entry and position of the study nook.
Entry into the Walsh design is from the front patio and the study area is beside the sliding door onto the side patio; Walsh 2 has its entry from the side patio with the study being relocated beside the front patio.

Gilbert

The Gilbert is an incredibly popular design for those looking for a bigger home. This extremely well designed home features three bedrooms, main and ensuite bathrooms, huge living and dining areas and an absolutely beautiful kitchen; the high ceilings reinforce the spacious feel.
